Forms received electronically with payment of $295.00 (US) will be listed with our next regular update and will remain listed until Sold*.

Photos: You can upload your property photos electronically on our Photo Upload Page. If you wish to submit your property information form electronically but your photos are not scanned to a computer file, we will post your listing without the photo and update your listing when your Photos are mailed in. Please include your contact information, email address, and property address on all photos to be scanned.

If you choose to mail your Listing Agreement, all Photos and Property Information must be included with your payment. Please make your check or money order payable to PropertyAmerica.com.

Upon receipt of your Listing we will Email you a receipt, a Listing Agreement, along with the required Disclosures and Documentation. These Forms will need to be Printed, Signed and Faxed or Mailed to us to complete the listing process.

*Some MLS Systems automatically delete all Listing after 1 year, we will renew these listings at no charge if you notify us of the properties renewal status.
